Ring a ling!Dec 2nd

Over Thanksgiving break Benn and I had to make a trip to Kay for the 6 month cleaning of my ring.  We were helped by the lady who helped us put together the ring that’s now on my finger!  She’s fantastic!  Her name is Debbie Rugg.  She’s at the location in the Crossroads Mall in Portage.  I asked if he was going to try on any rings and he said no.  She and I had to do some convincing, and he finally decided to try some on.  He thought he’d be easy and just get a normal, shiny, white gold band.  Well, it was not that simple!  He didn’t like the normal ring, so Debbie rapid fired rings at him asking which he liked better until he found an awesome one!  It’s white gold, so it matches mine…which is cool.  His has a crosshatch/weave pattern, and it looks great on him!  I think it fits him perfectly.  We’re really happy with Debbie because she found us both of our rings!  We will absolutely be getting our bands from her, and probably any other nice piece of jewelry.  Thanks Debbie!

    Hi Mindy!
I stumbled across your blog while searching for stuff about my venue the Fountains, and it looks like I am getting married the day before you there. Anyways, my fiance also got my rings from Debbie. She really is the greatest. But now I am totally following your blog if you don’t mind…it’s just neat to read about someone else getting married in West Michigan. I haven’t found a lot of that.

    Well happy planning!

    Hi Brittany!
That’s crazy! Debbie is so sweet! Thank you for following my blog! I’d love to follow yours if you have one. Is your ceremony at Kindleberger Park also?

    Happy planning to you, too!

    Hey Mindy,

I don’t actually have a blog, I obsessively follow Weddingbee…but never committed to starting my own blog. I am indeed getting married at Kindleberger Park. I love that little park, it’s so pretty!
